Would be great to be able to test emails before scheduling them. There's no way to see if the prospect actually gets what I want. Since one can also just upload CSVs its also hard to do a "quick test campaign" with only oneself

I think it would be way better to have a space to upload the contacts first and then, in the second step, add them to a campaign. Currently, with the CSV File, one has to keep track of all the different sheets. That makes things quite messy.

Adding a BCC address to a campaign would allow the emails to be attached to a CRM system and also allow us to see exactly what was sent to each lead.

This functionality is mandatory for a solid cold emailing solution. It makes much more sense to add the contacts in the CRM and then automatically add these contact to specific Murlist's campaigns based on specific labels or tags. Personally, I use Pipedrive (it's the most used with Hubspot). In case I get an answer from a customer, that's a huge waste of time to have to manually rewrite all the information for this customer in my CRM. In order to avoid that, it's much more easier to send emails based on the information of the CRM. Example: Let's say I added a contact and tagged or labelled this contact as "prospect for new campaign" in Pipedrive + created a campaign in Murlist called "new campaign". I should be able to parameter this campaign so Murlist imports automatically all the contacts from Pipedrive with this specific tag or label. It means that if later on, I add new customers in Pipedrive with this same tag or label "prospect for new campaign", these new contacts will be automatically added to my Murlist campaign "new campaign". In case there is a bounce with the email sent, the label or tag of the contact should be automatically modified in the CRM for "bounce" for example and taken out from the campaign. LEMLIST integration: Here's a tutorial from Lemlist showing how to make what I previously described with Pipedrive: https://help.lemlist.com/en/articles/4522819-pipedrive-integration-how-to-import-leads-from-pipedrive-to-lemlist What could be better compared to Lemlist: I'm not sure if you're familiar with Pipedrive CRM. It's divided in 3 logical steps depending where you are in the sales process: CONTACTS (where all the information is listed with name, company, phone number, etc...) - That's all the raw information LEADS - there are supposed to be the contacts that started the discussion with you DEALS - list of all contacts likely to purchase the product (sales funnel) Currently on Lemlist, when a contact replies, it automatically creates a new DEAL in Pipedrive (step 3). This does not make sense: it's not because someone replies to an email that makes him automatically interested in buying. Instead of being added to DEAL step 3, this contact should be added to "LEAD" step 2.
